Military Diet – Lose up to 10lbs in 3 days!!

As stated in the video, please consult your doctor before jumping into a drastic diet! I’m not a doctor; don’t take everything I say to heart lol. You can find more info online if you’re thinking of trying this for yourself. Just wanted to document my results from this and let you know if it actually works or not.

Pros:
– I LOST WEIGHT!!
– Total cost for ingredients was under $25, and with the amount you’re actually eating, this can last you a long time!!

Cons:
– Headaches…they didn’t happen often. It was minor.
– You NEED to keep up eating a healthy diet after the 3day mark, otherwise, you’ll lose all progress! (VERY IMPORTANT)
– Food is very bland (0 taste); I countered this by adding some garlic and some seasoning. *AVOID SALT!!!!
