Fast Beginner Weight Loss Workout – No Equipment

Morning, guys!

Today is your lucky day, because I’m going to take you through an at-home, fat-loss workout routine that’s going to have you breaking a sweat and burning stubborn body fat.

That’s why today we’re doing my quick at-home workout to get started burning stubborn love handles away once and for all.

Well, let me make this problem go away. Because we’re doing an at-home workout today to kick start that fat-burning process right in your living room.

So, were at my place today to show you all how to get started working out right at home.

I’ve cleared just a little bit of space for this workout, so let me show you what I’m talking about because I’m gonna show you how to get started – right now.

You will be doing 4 Exercises back-to-back, for 30 seconds each.

You’re finished when you do a total of 3 full rounds with just a 60-second break between each round. Here are the exercises:

1:02 Exercise #1: Jumping Jacks – 30 seconds (quickly raise arms above head while jumping your feet out to the sides. Immediately reverse the movement to jump back to the standing position, bringing arms down)
1:34 Exercise #2: Alternating Step Back Lunges In Place – 30 seconds (starting with legs together, take a big step back with one leg. Bend the front knee and the back knee and go down until your back knee touches or is about to touch the floor)
2:17 Exercise #3: Plank – 30 seconds (place the forearms on the ground with elbows below shoulders, arms parallel to the body at shoulder-width distance)
2:53 Exercise #4: Yoga Cat Stretch – 30 seconds (starting out on hands and knees, release the crown of your head toward the floor and arch back)

And there you have it, guys. That’s one full round of the exercises.
