In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro goes over how to develop man cleavage. He’s discussing and demonstrating his four signature exercises for developing a thick and built chest. These exercises are what he attributes to his chest development. He can already hear the nay-sayers!

Alpha’s Go-To Chest Favorites

1. Dumbbell Flies – Alpha has gotten the best results in chest development from doing a lot of flies. Use a manageable weight and go nice-and-deep to break the muscle down. Alpha demonstrates and adds that the trick is the stretch. Make sure the elbows stay back and don’t rotate down & in.

2. Body Weight Dips – You can get an amazing stretch and work the chest. Keep in mind that you can use assisted dip machine if necessary. Reciprocally, you can use a weight belt or hold a dumbbell with your feet if dips are too easy. Alpha always shoots for 4 sets of 20 reps at the end of a workout.

3. Cable Flies – it’s similar to the pec deck as well as similar motion to the flies. It’s not about how strong or fast you are, it’s all about control, stretch, and feeling the muscle work.

4. Pec Deck – Alpha uses this machine at every workout because it’s great for focusing on the chest. It’s also great for newbies who haven’t developed the stabilizing muscles. Alpha demonstrates with his elbows up, a squeeze and nice stretch, then squeeze again. You can isolate the chest because you don’t have to use stabilizing muscles. Make sure the seat is low enough.
